Louisa is a Services Consultant specialising in the IT Operations suite of products (Autotask, IT Glue, Kaseya Quote Manager). With 15 years experience in the tech industry, 3 of which have been at Kaseya, she is dedicated to helping MSP’s run their businesses more efficiently through the power of the Kaseya products.

Working closely with Kaseya’s technical teams whilst pairing her SME knowledge of IT Project Management, Louisa thrives on finding creative ways to implement processes that will achieve scalable, long-term success for our MSP’s. She is PRINCE2 certified and is completing a Masters of Project Management at UTS, so anything related to Software Projects is where it’s at for her!
