The Kaseya Certified Expert (KCE) in IT Glue introduces administrators to best practices when configuring primary integrations to support their business processes. The course provides the opportunity to become KCE certified in IT Glue at a testing center during the event. In this course, students will learn how to integrate IT Glue with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms and Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) platforms to drive productivity and profitability. Additionally, students will learn how to best customize integrations and related items to match the charted business-critical paths. This live session provides the opportunity for learners to ask questions and learn how to apply key concepts and configurations.
