As Director of Customer Success Engineering for our APAC region, Ray is responsible for Partnering with customers to ensure their technical and commercial success with our IT Complete solutions portfolio.

Ray brings over 25 years of experience in IT Managed Services and was a founding member of Kaseya in EMEA over 20 years ago. Within the last decade Ray has held senior positions in Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Security and Managed Services delivery across the globe with MSP focused vendors such as Kaseya, Autotask and Xcellerate.

More recently Ray has been operating on his home turf, helping NZ’s premier SMB MSP, Tribe, on their journey from being a single region MSP to one of NZ’s largest and most successful Nationwide MSP and MSSP’s.
