The Kaseya Certified Expert (KCE) in Datto RMM introduces system engineers and administrators to advanced tools in Datto RMM to help streamline monitoring, patching and automation. Additionally, learners will have the opportunity to become KCE RMM certified at a testing center during the event. In this course, students will learn to apply specific strategies to complex agent deployment and patch management scenarios. Learners will utilize monitoring policies to alert and remediate issues proactively to improve service delivery. This live session provides the opportunity for learners to ask questions and learn how to apply key concepts and configurations.
We strongly recommend completion of the Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) in Datto RMM program prior to attending this Expert class. Once enrolled you will receive access to this program 45 days prior to the event.
