Dermot McCann is the Executive Vice President and General Manager for EMEA at Kaseya, the leading provider of unified IT management and security software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized business (SMBs). Mr McCann brings over 25 years of experience leading global technology companies. Before his role in EMEA, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for APAC, overseeing the go-to-market strategy for that region.

Before rejoining Kaseya in 2021, Mr. McCann cofounded two technology start-ups Priviti and Promysys and scaled them across three continents. Mr. McCann returned to Kaseya in 2021 having previously served as Head of APAC until 2015, where he was responsible for the company’s initial growth and scale in the region through and post acquisition by Insight Partners in 2013. In addition, Mr McCann has held various senior executive roles leading global Technology and Telecommunications businesses with Optus and IBM in Australia. Mr. McCann is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), holds a Master’s degree in Business & Technology from the University of New South Wales and has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton.
