My name is Sebastian Murillo, and I am a Technical Account Manager at Kaseya. Over the course of my career at Kaseya, I have helped thousands of MSPs/IT teams by leveraging my IT Complete knowledge and experience. I’ve worked with a range of clients, from single-person shops to large national MSPs, giving me a broad perspective on IT needs and business challenges across different scales. Coming from Kaseya’s support organization, where I led and developed a team of 30 support engineers, I’ve translated that experience into empowering our partners to ensure they are getting the most value out of their subscriptions. I also work frequently with other departments to provide critical feedback, with the goal of improving our product and process.
