As CEO and part-owner of the Norrcom Group, a New Zealand-based IT and print company, Chris oversees the Groups’s strategic direction, including identifying and executing potential acquisitions. Under his leadership, Norrcom Group has successfully completed three of the eight acquisitions he has managed.

Prior to his current role, Chris served as a Regional Manager in Taranaki for three years. He holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from Victoria University.

During his tenure at Norrcom, Chris has successfully transformed the company from a family-run operation primarily serving the education and nonprofit sectors into a prominent national player in both the commercial and education markets. This transformation was achieved through a combination of strategic acquisitions, the establishment of a formal board of directors, and the streamlining of internal systems through effective technology utilisation and strategic vendor partnerships. These initiatives have significantly enhanced efficiency for both engineers and end-users within the organization, leading to increased productivity and improved customer service.
