The Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) in VSA 10 introduces new technicians to best practices when deploying, configuring, and using VSA 10. Also, technicians can leverage the Upgrade Wizard to enhance operations when transitioning from VSA 9 to VSA 10. The course provides the opportunity to become KCA certified in VSA 10 at a testing centre during the event.
In this course, students will learn about the key functions of the product, including agent management, remote control, patch management, and automation. This live session provides the opportunity for learners to ask questions and learn how to apply key concepts and configurations.
