Mat Smith is the Senior Solutions Engineer for Datto RMM in the European region. He joined Datto around five years ago from a very large UK based MSP where he used the Datto and Kaseya tools to manage over 10000 endpoints. Since joining Datto he has created many of the best practice monitoring policies and scripts found in Datto RMM as well as a number of the KB articles found in the product. His primary focus is around endpoint management focusing on the RMM, EDR and AV tools within Kaseya.
