Beginning his career as a technical support agent, he transitioned into the training and education team where he developed and delivered informative content and workshops. He also served as a technical consultant in Professional Services, collaborating with partners to implement and optimize their systems. As a Technical Account Manager, he continues to leverage this expertise to build strong relationships with partners and drive their success across all technical verticals.
