Andy O’Neil has over 25 years’ experience in the MSP space having worked in and managed various companies. A “Poacher turned gamekeeper”, Andy had 5 years’ experience as an Autotask customer before he joined Autotask over 6 years ago. Since then Andy has Consulted with thousands of MSPs globally to help them gain value from their investment in Autotask – using deep product knowledge from within and the industry experience from without. With a particular passion for both service delivery and helping MSPs articulate their offerings in a crowded market, Andy is the regular host of our weekly EMEA Autotask Answers webinar as well as a frequent contributor to our Community and other online and in person forums
