Debra Francis is a Technical Trainer for Kaseya Global Training. Debra joins us with years of experience in technical training, customer experience, strategy , sales, and marketing. Debra spent 10 years as a technical contract trainer for several fortune 500 companies. Debra has experience training Instructor lead training and virtual training. In addition, Debra experience includes enterprise-wide migrations from legacy technology platforms. Her experience includes enterprise implementations of SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Mobile Sales & Tech support portals. During her times off, Debra enjoys working out at F45, singing, playing pool, bowling and spending quality time with her family, church family and friends.

Debra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of West Florida. She also holds a Master of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Global College.
