Specific to M&A in his role of EVP & Sr. Partner at Cogent Growth Partners, LLC for the past 13 years, George is well versed in many areas including growth strategy, acquisition targeting/evaluation, valuation, due diligence, deal structure, agreement development/negotiation, and corporate governance. He’s led over 50 buy, merge or sell transactions involving managed, cloud, cyber security, and IT consulting services companies.
