Hywell is a Solutions Engineer for the Duo MSP program for the West, Southwest regions and Strategic MSPs. Prior to joining Duo, he has worked in several different roles including Systems Administrator/Engineer, Client Manager, Application Support Manager and support. These years of experience gives him an insight into all facets of IT in order to help MSPs understand and deploy Duo.
