Ken Favreau is an associate technical trainer for Datto RMM. Ken has over half a decade of support experience with a good portion of that time within the Datto RMM support team. He has overseen the training of the Datto RMM support team new hires as well as senior engineers. He holds a degree in both Computer Information Systems as well as Computer Science. When he is not training or creating content, you can find him in a book, playing video games or out for a ride on his motorcycle.
