Michelle has over 10 years in the Saas technology industry working in various roles, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the field. She joined Kaseya, as a solution specialist, in 2016, helping drive sales for their Business Management Solution (BMS) and later leading the specialist team for BMS and IT Documentation products.

Today, Michelle is a Product Manager for Kaseya PSA, a professional services automation tool designed for MSPs (Managed Service Providers). In this role, she is responsible for driving roadmap initiatives and strategy. She collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to ensure that Kaseya PSAs meet the needs of their customers.
