Nicole is the current Senior Manager of Implementation Services at Kaseya but has held several positions in almost 7 years with Kaseya, through both Datto and Autotask. Prior to joining the Services Management team, Nicole was a Senior Implementation Manager, working with over 1,000 Kaseya partners to implement and improve their use of Autotask, Datto RMM, and Datto Commerce.

Nicole has previously presented at DattoCon in 2019 and 2021, as well as DattoCon EMEA in 2019, as well as numerous webinars with the Kaseya Training team.
